I believe the 9530 has a 4.5MM tip whereas the 9500 has a USB-C tip.

@Bobocr JOcean is correct. You'll need a 130W USB-C charger, not a 130W slim tip (4.5 mm) charger.

As long as the charger has the same interface and the voltage is not much different, it can be used.
