Dell Xps 9370 Freeze, Motherboard, Poor Customer Support , Bad after Sale Service,

Dear,

I have purchased XPS 9370 10 months back invested a Lac Rs in one the premium range laptop of DELL. Within 2 months I faced a problem with my speaker and after technical support, it got sorted. But after 6 months again I faced a problem of the complete shutdown, leads to change of Motherboard by the dell representative. Now after the motherboard changed, I am facing the freeze problem. The support which I am getting from the customer care team is really bad. Every day I am investing an hour in talking to them. Even after talking to them they say that they will close my case if I don't submit my laptop to the service station and asking for a spare laptop for use meanwhile they have the custody of my laptop they say they don't have such policy. I have a question for the CEO that can he work for a week without a laptop then how he expects the same with the customer their policy is not  the customer-oriented

Do I have invested a lac Rs to talk to them on phone?

I need to contact the Dell India Head of Sales, Customer Support of giving me the faulty laptop.

What's the point in going forward with one of the premium range of laptop when everything is not so worth.
