My dell XPS 9500 reboots a couple of times per day with error code 2000-0155. Have the latest updates of windows bios and SSD driver, diagnostic pass successfully. What I need to do?
XPS 17 9700 16Gb and 512Mb storage. I just got this error message this morning. restarted. I went into PXE boot waited a few minutes and made coffee. came back and was successfully rebooted. I have been using it as normal all day with no errors. Just ran diagnostics (Quick) from the Dell support site and no problems were reported. I just did a bunch of updates (Microsoft released an emergency update that included Intel engine updates and firmware updates as well as windows 11 22H2 updates Last night and this morning. I am sus that these updates may have left some information out of sync between the dell firmware and the intel management engine. Rebooting twice seems to have solved the issue. I am looking for confirmation of anyone else who has experienced this issue in the last 24 hours and resolved it by hard and or soft rebooting a couple of times.

This forum post may help. Also try running diagnostics (F12 immediately at boot). Watch for any drive errors.
