DynamicLighting not working

Is it possibly related to the BIOS update? My Dynamic Lighting isn’t working on my Dell XPS 13 9320. A similar issue occurred previously with the keyboard backlighting. After an update that fixed the keyboard backlighting, now the Dynamic Lighting has stopped working. Windows is reporting that I don’t have it installed on my computer.
