Error Code Network -Functional Tests - D1303 on Support Assist
I get this error code (Network -Functional Tests - D1303) while running hardware scan on Support Assist, indicating a Network card failure. The network card on my laptop seems to be working just fine.
Anyone can help?

Interesting - I get the same error code on my Dell Inspiron 3670 desktop pc.

Can't help I'm afraid, but I have the same problem. The only failure I get using Support Assistant is this one. My system is a 9020USFF. I even bought a USB network adapter, only for that to fail the hardware test. Surely someone knows what this code means?

Same here. Everything seems to work fine but I do get this code. I use an older M4650

Is SupportAssist reporting failures for WiFi cards or Ethernet (wired)?
SupportAssist has a tendency to report failed network devices, even when the PC is working correctly. So you probably can ignore these false alarms.
