Firmware Update Help

Laptop: XPS 15 9560

I am trying to update my system firmware in the windows update. I would have to restart my computer to finish the installation. On the restart, the computer told me that my battery is low, but the problem is I don't have a battery in my laptop. I am currently just using the adapter as the power to turn on my laptop. Is there a way around this for the firmware update or is it possible for me to just disable it? In the device manager, there is an error image next to "System Firmware 1.19.2". Will, there be any consequences if I keep turning on and off my laptop yet I don't update the firmware? If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it very much.

You must have at least a partially charged battery in the system to update the system firmware.

This is a safety measure, as a sudden poweroff during the update can render the system board permanently dead.

Ignore the update until you have a battery with at least half charge in the system.  Then do the update.

Hi @Andyngo28 did anybody manage to help you? I also own a XPS 9560 whose battery swelled and died after 1 year of use and have this exact same problem. A new battery for this laptop is really hard to get, especially living in Peru so the "replace the battery" solution is not an option.

I mean they told me to wait until I get another battery to update the laptop.
