Integrated webcam
XPS 15 9750. I am having issues with the camera showing lines and off color and very grainy. When I check the driver in Device Manager it lists the Driver as 10.0.19041.488 and the date of the driver 6/21/2006 (see pic below). The laptop was brand new in 2017. Is the integrated webcam driver really 11 years old at the time the laptop was released. I have checked Dells Driver update page and Webcam is not even listed. I am trying to troubleshoot and have uninstalled the driver and when I reboot this is the driver that gets reinstalled automatically. The manufacture listed under device manager is Microsoft and it says that this driver is the most up-to-date driver. Is there really not a more current driver and does dell not support the camera?

In addition, I find the Windows Hello Face Recognition only works when there is extremely bright light, as the webcam is so grainy that in less than perfect conditions the image quality is below what the face recognition can process. If I fire up a separate camera app the camera seems to behave well visually at least - images look much better.
