Logitech C920 and Dell docking station

Can you please help as the computer (XPS 13') plugged into the dell docking station isn't recognising the camera ?

which dock ?? exact model name of your XPS ?? and is it recognizing other USB device in the same  dock such as mouse /Keyboard

Thanks Its a Dell XPS 9370 And a Dell WD 19 Yes other Bluetooth mice and keyboards work fine

The device should be plug and play and shouldn't require any drivers.

Try plugging in the device directly to computer using USB C to USB A or another laptop.
