Logitech C920 webcam flickering on XPS13
The picture starts OK when the laptop is turned on but after a few minutes starts to break up, see video

I've tried
-
Disabling USB Selective Suspend in Power and Settings app
-
Disabling "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for all HID devices and USB controllers in Device Manager.
-
Updating the Logitech drivers
-
Swapping from the Logitech driver "HD Pro webcam C920" to generic Microsoft drivers "USB Video device"
Nothing works.
The C920 works well on a different Windows 10 laptop. The inbuilt webcam works.
Has anyone seen this and does anyone have a fix?
many thanks
