I don't know computer tech language, it just says "install a driver for your network adapter" I don't know what that means, so if i could get help that would be great

In general , on many different laptop makes and models ...

That is why I was sad to see the wired-ethernet port disappear completely from new laptop models. The on-board NICs are connected simply and usually "just work" .

• Bluetooth 4.1
• Miracast

I suppose I can understand if you can't follow @Mary G  simple directions, but how can it be that Dell Technical Support could not help you do that ?
