I think Dell support should still let you order a replacement even if you don't have the service tag number anymore, if you give them the right part number.
But the fast way out of this is to buy this product by Wacom:
Wacom ack42416
It's been proved to be the perfect replacement.
Basically all you need to buy is the replacement nibs for the Wacom Bamboo active pen.
