Small fire when replacing thermal paste
Laptop: XPS 15 9560
Today I was trying to replace the thermal paste and due to my touching of a small metallic thing (h23, h24, h25 was written on the board below it where it was sitting), a small fire was seen below the motherboard. I immediately blew it out but now my laptop is not getting any power except for the power led. The fans are not turning neither the HDD is getting any power. Here is the picture of the metallic thing(circled out) that I touched when the fire broke out:
Now the power led turns on for about 5 secs and turns off again, no signal on monitor, nothing. Is replacing motherboard the only solution or is there something else?

The board is fried -- yes, it will need to be replaced.
