WD19 docking station problem
I have the Dell docking station WD19TB and today when I turned it on it made a weird static noise like “zzzzzz” and it’s only charging my laptop and does not recognize any of the devices connected to it. Also, the thunderbolt/USB C cable light is dimmed not fully light on. How can I fix this??

Hello,
I'm facing a similar problem to yours. I work as an onsite IT technician in a large company here in Brazil (we have about 4000 Dell laptops of various models) for about 3 months until now, many users are complaining that the sound just stops working, always using dock station WD19 and WD19s. I'm trying to explain the situation to the team responsible for approving the drivers etc (we use Windows 10 customized by the company) but so far I have no answers, so I'm on my own to try to find a solution. What I've already tried to do:
* Test with other headset models (we only use Plantronics and Sennheiser)
* Problem occurs both using the dock and via the USB or P2 connector
* Updated dock firmware
* Updated BIOS
* Installed all software from Dell website
Usually this issue happens when the client is participating in meetings through MS Teams and it is completely intermittent....
