Wireless keyboard issues (KM7321W)

Question

Hi,  I recently bought the wireless keyboard and mouse KM7321W. Often when I type the letter gets repeated a few times (like the key being stuck) and I have to delete the duplicate letters. I also have an issue when I want to use the apostrophe punctuation mark but I need to add a space after it to be displayed or else it will accentuate the letter (eg, á). Are these issues to do with the keyboard or is there a setting on the computer (I have a XPS13) to fix this? Thanks, Ash
