XPS 15 7590, USB-C charging stopped working
As the title states, my charging over USB-C has stopped working. I am still able to use my dock over the USB-C connector, but just not charge. When in the Dell Power Manager, it shows that AC power is connected, but it is not charging.

When this happened, test by plugging in the laptop USB-C charger to determine if the issue lies with the laptop USB port or with the docking station.

@Chino de Oro This occurs with my docking station and 4 other USB-C chargers, including different power supplies.

Verify that the battery charging scheme is restore to default. To prolong the battery life, certain charging method would not start charging until the battery power drops to certain level, and the charging will stop before reaching full capacity.
Another way to test is with battery discharged to below 20%.

I have the same issue, reset the dell manager app ( repair and reset) and reboot, it i works sometimes. but then the issue comes back. not working with orginal ac adapter, an identical one from another machine (borrowed)
Dell have some serious problems with the hardware and the usb-c parts.
It will be my last dell machine.

Sometimes, the usages of unsupported chargers may have been the cause. Test your XPS 7590 with the original charger. It should be a 130w barrel type. If the issue is persisted, consider to replace the battery.
