I would strongly suggest to buy an original Dell battery if you can, since they are still selling them.

Mine is not listed, i don't think they do batteries for mine 9570
could i use this instead?

H5H20 for the smaller 56Wh battery, or 4K1VM for the bigger 97Wh (only if you are not using the second harddisk slot).
if you buy from the US or Canada: https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=category&id=143&subid=1201&refine=battery
if from Europe you can try duracelldirect (for example in the UK https://www.duracelldirect.co.uk/laptop-notebook/dell/xps-15-9570-battery-adapter-charger.html), they are selling the original Dell 97Wh at the moment, or maybe you can contact Dell directly.

you can type cmd in Start, and run it as administrator. Then in the command prompt window type
and see what the original capacity was.

Yes you can buy that one, 6GTPY is correct.
If it's a third party replacement make sure it's a good quality brand.
