XPS 9300 hang issue
Found this new issue after fixed the others. The XPS will hang randomly and you can find below error in event log: module exceeds resource budget failed to allocatefwcps.
Did a Google search and hope this fix will work https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/Dell-XPS-13-7390-eGPU-refuses-to-work/td-p/7502651

check the post by cammj86@04-23-2020 02:39 PM.
My machine was not hanged after changed the setting.... still crashed once and flicking (but able to recover after a few seconds) after connected to the LCD display.

I managed to sort the problem of the eGPU out myself after days/weeks of effort (it has something to do with the power management functionality on the Dell XPS 13 7390 which is only sorted by changing the windows power plan to disable PCI Express Link State Power Management), this will enable you to connect the eGPU flawlessly.
Saying that, there are now some weird downsides of using a custom power plan in Windows. Sometimes I boot the computer from sleep in to an unresponsive state, sometimes I boot the computer and have it only display a weird white distorted square on the screen. Without proof, I somewhat suspect Dell has made some power management compromises in order to ship this laptop as one of the first ice lake laptops. Regardless, having the eGPU work, these side effects are liveable (that's a really interesting thing you have to say after purchasing a laptop worth $3,000, you would hardly call it a premium experience).

i updated everything (bios 1.0.11 incl)
Strange thing is, that i bought 2 equal laptops and only one has problem
I reinstalled windows 4 times, last time i just cloned partition C from another one same laptop
Laptop hungs aprr. 1 time per 2 hours, no bsods, a lot of "failed to AllocateFwCps" in system log and sometimes asf2 error in bios log
