XPS 9310 - Bluetooth lag with Logitech MX Keys + MX Master 3

My XPS 13 9310 has Bluetooth issues just like my previous XPS 9360

I just received the laptop and updated all drivers, bios and Windows - Everything is up to date.

Connect my keyboard and mouse and off we go. Awesome laptop - If you don't mind your mouse getting stuck for 2-3 seconds. Or typing a few characters behind.

In the beginning with my 9360 I had a similar problem - Though I remember only turning off some mouse settings and that solved it. Now - can't figure out why out of the box a $2K laptop cannot perform as it should.

Well the new driver doesn't seem to solve the problem and the Dell support agent didn't call me back.

I guess we'll have to live with it for now

On my 9310 it seems to be fixed, been working with the MX Master 3 mouse via Bluetooth since installing the driver this morning and haven't noticed the lag yet.

Good !
Just installing the drivers ?
You didn't use the Registry Trick ?

I have this issue with my 9310 2-in-1 with a razer bluetooth mouse. I have all the update wifi and bluetooth drivers and bios. I haven't tried the registry change yet.

The new drivers didn't change anything for me but the additional 3 entries in regedit made my M585 mouse work !

Thanks !

Actually it didn't solve the problem

It worked for a day and then stopped working definitely after some up and down.

I just recently received my 9310 2 in 1 and I am also having this issue with my MX Master 3. If I don't move my mouse for like 10 seconds, then I move it again, there is a small lag until the mouse gains movement again. This is so annoying. I already have the latest drivers from Intel and Dell. My laptop's firmware is also up to date.

Another Bluetooth issue I am having is that my headphones' audio keeps cutting off (Sony MX4) constantly. I have none of these issues with my work laptop (Dell 7410), iPhone 12 Pro Max, or my Windows 10 gaming PC. Good thing that my laptop is still under 30 days so I decided to return it. This laptop is marketed as an alternative to MacBook Pro but falls way short. Very disappointed.

You're a genius. Commenting to just say I've been trying to find a solution for the past couple days. This one worked! Many thanks.

This registry fix just worked for me on a brand new Dell Latitude 7420.

Somewhat dumbfounding to buy a shiny new PC with shiny new *Microsoft* Windows 10 20H2  and have my *Microsoft* Bluetooth mouse all janky. Hopefully this gets straightened out soon for other customers!

Thank you. It worked for my 9310 and Logitech MX Anywhere 3.

Great.

Sincerely,
