The recent bios update to 2.16.1 has caused my function keys to be too bright. So bright i cant work in dark rooms. 

The keyboard brightness button has also turned to just on and off, it used to have three brightness settings. 

I know there's another thread on this, but its marked as solved.. which it clearly isnt given the comments. 

Come on Dell.. not a good look for the top of the line.
