XPS 9350 LCD Failure Error Code

I dropped my laptop from the bed to the hardwood floor and now it doesn't work.

The light on the front flashes 2 amber and 7 white, which according to the dell codes means an LCD Failure.

Here is the weird part, if I turn the laptop on and do a diagnostic of the LCD panel by pressing D + Power the screen lights up and goes through the white, green, red, etc. colors.

I have taken the back off and unhooked the battery, then pressed the power button for 30 seconds to drain and turned back on and still nothing on the screen.  The lights blink the sequence and then it turns off.

I have also disconnected the LCD cable on the motherboard and reconnected it along with the camera and touchscreen connectors and it still doesn't work.

How come the LCD tests fine, but I'm getting the light code and the laptop won't boot.  Nothing comes on the screen not even the Dell logo.
