XPS 9380 doesn't turn on after update

Hi!

I have an XPS 13 9380, which has the screen flickering problem since I bought it.
It happen randomlly so maybe wasn't happening for a month and then it come again, so it was difficult to understand if the problem was fixed or not. Tech Support had recommend me to always have the latest bios, software and firmware updates installed. So that's what I've done.

Yesterday the last bios update was downloaded and automatically installed, everything seemed to be ok with that.

Today I found the official article about the screen flickering problem fix, so I followed the steps exactly as described:

1) I downloaded firmware.
2) Followed onscreen instructions, exactly as they said.
3) Restart laptop when indicated.

IT NEVER TURN ON AGAIN!!

Led backlight from keyboard turns on, but nothing happen on the screen. No dell logo, no way to access bios, nothing.

I read every related post on the forum, nothing seems to be working.

I'm frustrated right know. How an official fix can mess up everything to this point? I use my laptop for work, so now I'm probabbly loosing the rest of the week trying to fix this, or getting in contact with tech support.

Has anybody found how to turn this bloody thing on again?
