This page at drivereasy may help. But I would not install driver easy. I dislike any program that auto installs drivers with no user input. I like to know what Is installing on my systems.
- perform a hard reset : Hold the power button down for 30 seconds. Better if you can do the same step with battery disconnected
- check in BIOS : Some XPS models have camera cut off switch in BIOS.
- No need of driver installation, Camera is a generic device and should get detected automatically. Also check device manager and see if there are any unknown devices under other devices
