Migrate Data from Xtremio to HPE Primera

Hi All,

I know this is not HP forum. But are there any host based migration tools that can be used to migrate data from xtremio to HP Primera storage array ? This is for windows server. We do have PP installed on all servers. Is PPME an option or do we have any host based migration tools that can be used
