About me

<p>In a nutshell: Working mom of three who dreams about being a famous screenwriter or chef (watch out, Giada!) and who believes loving kindness should come before all goals. </p> <p>The long-winded story: I grew up a military brat and traveled to many places. My favorite place of all is St. David's, Bermuda, where I graduated from high school. However, I spent most of my formative years in California, and I graduated with a degree in journalism from San Jose State University. My dad was last stationed in Ft. Hood before he retired, so I moved to Texas after college graduation, married a cowboy, and have been here ever since. :-)</p> <p>My life has been a constant search for silence and peace, as certain life events have led me to meditation. I am a huge fan of Deepak Chopra and subscribe to the belief that we are all One; when you help others, you help yourself. </p> <p> </p>
