<p>Used Dell Desktops (OptiPlex)  & Laptops (Latitude) for the past fifteen years at a major not for profit org in Australia.</p> <p>Became de facto it guy to sort out problems on site. Took interest in hardware and serviceability of hardware.</p> <p>Now 58 years old and like to trouble shoot & refurbish Dell Latitude laptops.</p>
