<p>Nothing special about me to announce.  I enjoy working with my computer and e-mail.  I've taken come computer classes in college and took another course to earn MCSE credentials.  Can't say it was the 'end all - be all' it was hyped up to be.  I'm glad I took the course, but have heard that lots of folks in the IT community say MCSE stands for Minesweeper Consultant and Solitaire Expert, or Must Consult Someone Experienced.  I thought those were good ones and don't mind being the butt of a joke every once in a while.  </p> <p>I joined the forum and community to get assistance from the 'pros' out there with problems I encounter - specifically error code 80072EFE regarding Windows Updates.  </p>
