I have been in support for over 8 years and am specialized in the Windows Protocol area. I am currently tasked as the Subject Matter Expert for Windows Protocols within Isilon Support which involves everything from: 1.) Troubleshooting problems with SMB1, SMB2, Active Directory, and Permissions through standard Isilon Tools and Packet Traces 2.) Help and develop TSEs as they progress through their career 3.) Drive supportability needs into OneFS to make the lives of both customers and support engineers easier when dealing with issues on an Isilon Cluster
