About me

Raised in Chicago, Il. with a healthy fear of all things non-urban. Became an Electrical Engineer (minored in religious studies) at the UofI Champaign, worked at FermiLab on embedded systems, came to Seattle and worked for Cray, Merck, Microsoft and now EMC. Played piano (competitive & public performances with Chicago Symphony) since the age of 5. Got married in Seattle, have two kids, play in bands around the area. Proud father, staunch leftist, strident atheist.
