<p>Randy Rempel is a Senior Product Manager at Dell Software. He has been a Lotus Notes and Microsoft technologist since 1994. He has earned technical certifications in Lotus Notes and in SharePoint. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University in Minnesota. Early on, Randy focused on building applications in Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office while defining new business processes. He built a Notes application assessment tool and later defined and implemented methodologies for assessments and migrations. Randy spent a few years focusing on pre-sales and consulting projects. He joined Dell Software in 2013 to manage the product development of Notes Migrator for SharePoint and Migration Manager for Enterprise Social. Randy has over 20 years of experience in product development, product management, pre-sales, and consulting. He has experience in several industries including pharmaceutical, financial, and manufacturing. Randy remains focused on understanding and delivering what customers and partners need to be successful in their business.</p>
