Aurora R7, i7 CPU upgrade question

My Aurora R7 with Intel Core i5-8400 CPU 2.80GHz, want to upgrade CPU to i7. What do I need? Name etc...

    The proper Intel i7-8700.cpu-chip, a liquid-cooler, and someone willing to do the work for you.

    For the record because it still rankles with me, the "fully upgradeable" R7 has its BIOS locked. The board will do it, but the I7-8700K CPU is the limit for the R7. You cant upgrade to a i7-9700 because of the BIOS.

    I have the Alienware R7 with 8700k, does it mean I have to stick with the cpu and no more upgrades options?!
