Yeah Ive tried it with the NIC Ipv4 & Ipv6 and shows a message saying "selected boot sevice failed. Press any key to reboot the system. Im basically saying that method isnt work for me either.

Alternatively, you can do F12, and try to manually one-time boot from the selected drive.

Do you mean you converted from basic to dynamic? 

Because if you converted your boot drive from dynamic to a basic drive, that should have deleted all the data on the drive (which would explain not being able to find a boot drive).  

Also, you should set the the #1 boot option to "boot manager" not pxe (assuming you didn't wipe your boot drive). 

And yeah, ill come to terms that i possibly have wiped my c drive. But is there any way I can go around this issue of not booting up? Im pretty sure ive tried almost every way in the bios and I dont seem to get any different results other than not being able to boot up. If theres a way to do it other than the bios, let me know!

You can reinstall Windows 10 from a flash drive by using the installer from Microsoft:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10%20

The installer will also give you an option to repair your existing drive in lieu of installing clean, which would be the first step if it didn't get wiped. 

You can also try hitting F12 on boot and then manually selecting your hard drive to boot from too. 

If the entire drive got wiped and is non-repairable, then it cannot boot until you reinstall Windows 10. Reinstalling windows will fix the boot issue so that you can boot with boot manager again.
