I have a problem with initial built-in diagnostics in my Alienware R9 desktop . It gives a critical error message with error code 2000-0415 and validation code 98051. It also reports the following error message:
Cables - Check the following cable, jumper, connection or sensor: Fixed Side Digital Signage.
The lighting on my desktop is also not working. It means that it sometimes works as usual: it lights up when I switch on the computer and continues to work untilI I switch it off. But almost always when I switch on the desktop, lighting does not go up. I also noticed to the error occurs during initial diagnostics even if the lighting is up.
Can anyone help me to know what this error means and how to fix it ? How can I also fix lighting problems ?
my post has picture of the cables on the right side. The error is cable disconnected. I also linked the service manual. your model is well past warranty end so if you cant fix it you have to pay someone who can.
Nothing anyone can do the forum is not remote diagnostics and repair.

Did you have the side-cover fully-installed when you did the ePSA-Diag Test ?

When running the ePSA diagnostics error code of 2000-0415 signifies that a specific cable is not connected or is not seated correctly, and will name the specific cable in question with a validation code.
Bios may also have errors associated with disconnected cables.
What does Fixed Side Digital Signage finally mean? Does it report some specific location where contact is broken or, maybe, some cable that is disconnected?
Yes. I've already used it. It gave me the web link to some Dell website. But I still could not find what Fixed Side Digital Signage means. Is it a cable or a location in the desktop where the problem occurs?
