PC won't Power on/boot up properly

Every time I turn on my PC, I have to sit through about a 5-minute black screen saying:

"

>>Checking Media Presence......

>>Media Present......

>> Start PXE over IPv4 on MAC: (then the address) Press ESC key to abort PXE boot

.

"

(80% sure this is a problem with the hard drive)

I am fairly new to the gaming PC world, and this desktop is only a couple months old. My very limited knowledge of PCs has my brain strapped for finding a solution. There has to be a very easy fix for this.

Yeah, that means it can't find a bootable C-Drive, so it's trying the network-boot (not normal).

Access the BIOS and make sure Boot entry #1 is still set to "Windows Boot Manager".

If that is OK, try running ePSA Diagnostics (outside of Windows).

Did you accidently change the boot order?  Try returning BIOS to optimized defaults, F2 on boot.
