Hello, please help me with Dell Alienware 17r2 2015 Bios A12. I bought it for 3 months and I can't use the battery, when I charge 95% ,96%, 99% it automatically disconnect charger, dim the screen, and charge again at 94% or after 1s, this keeps repeating.Even when I'm in the bios screen it still disconnect and charges. I am due to the software, driver but not, all is normal, no error, I reset bios, replace battery (both new and old battery), install new window 10, but nothing changes Charger - OK
Battery - OK Drivers -OK
BIOS -OK Please help me,  I can't work if it automatic dim screen, unplugged make laptop slow down. Thank you for listening and helping me !
