17 R4, AlienFX cannot detect this device
My laptop lights are still on with my previous preset but its very dim. (the macros are working perfectly too)
However I can't change or do anything on the AlienFX as it says:
"The device you have selected is included in the current theme but AlienFX cannot detect this device on your system. Do you want to remove this device from the current theme?"
I tried AlienwareAlienFXTester.exe it says "It seems there is some problem with the AlienFX board."
Please help!

Tick the "Number of Processors" box and set it to the maximum number.
If the problem happens again later, do the opposite (untick the box).

Hi @adrianputra!
Can you confirm to us if that worked? Did it start after the Windows update?

SOLVED!
"Go to the start menu and type "Run" then in the run program type "msconfig" then boot, then advance and then change the cores running."
