17 R4, screen ghosting
Hey, I've had many different problems with this laptop ever since I bought it and yet I've found another one.
Movement on my monitor was weird and disturbing, and I could never understand why. Now that I have captured some slow motion videos of my screen, I can see clearly what the problem is. Moving objects on my screen leave trails behind them.
I'm going to give links to 2 videos I've captured, one is in desktop and the other one is in Overwatch. In the desktop video,I know you are going to suggest me to turn off the "Display Pointer Trails" from Windows but it is already DISABLED and it was never ENABLED. In the second video if you don't notice the trails, focus on the "TRAINING BOTS" and how they leave trails as I move my head. If you still can't see it, put the video on 0.5x speed in youtube and you can then see it much clearer. Now you might ask, if you can't see the trails even in slow motion videos, why does it bother you? It bothers me because even though I can't "see" exactly where the trails are, the movements on the screen "FEEL" extremely weird and make you sick really quickly. I've had many headaches while using my computer, and never actually thought about this.
So a few months ago when I discovered this issue, I went to a friend's house, who also owns a 120hz monitor laptop from another brand. There were no issues at all. Neither in desktop nor in games. So yeah, help would be appreciated.
