why?

i get a call after 20 plus emails,an alienware/dell expert will fix this,he takes control of r4,proceeds to make work all the solutions i couldnt get to work ,after 45 minutes of failing to reinstall the software that went missing after alienware/dell update he suggests something along the lines of backup all files and do a complete uninstall and reinstall of windows10,how i laughed,i bought a laptop,not a degree in computing,your update removed the software,so update it and put it back,you broke it,you fix it,as you wont return my money,yes i am fed up,yes i know where uk has offices,i wonder how dell employees would feel if i went and uninstalled some of their property lol

wow,imagine paying 1500 quid on something that then goes wrong and the only thing you can do is post comments on a website that have zero effect whatsoever,suicide for tea!

hi ,just to let you know after 20 ish emails an a dell/alienware person connected remotely to my laptop and tried to fix the problem that occured after aliewares update ,well after 45 minutes of failing to reinstall the missing software the barely understandable voice mumbled something about sending me a manual,what this really meant was sending me a lengthy email with lots of computor type things that i was supposed to perform in order to fix problem their update had created,this can not happen as i bought a laptop to play dayz,not to continue a computor science degree lol,never mind,watch the news ,they have offices in the uk,with lots of employees cars all on a car park,it wont fix the issue and it will get me arrested but at least it will get rid of my anger at having features that i have paid for virtualy stolen,if i wanted **bleep** blue lights everywhere i wouldnt of paid a grand an a half for them,i bet i could smash a lot of cars up before i got arrested tho lol

the service tag is the same if it is connected to this laptop,time alienware/dell updated it
