m15 R7, AWCC, CPU, memory clock missing

Hello there,

I updated the AWCC (Alienware Command Center) a few days ago and now I am not able to see the parameters of the my CPU and memory clock and only GPU parameter are available?

In order to turn on the CPU Overview and memory clock, I need to turn off the Core Memory Integrity, only then I was able to see it.

Not really happy with this update because if I keep it turn off then I my system is prone to get malicious attacks.

Even spoke with the Dell Pro Support, even he recommended to keep the Memory Integrity option on and it will protect the system.

Previous version was running fine but the new version is not compatible the system and I hope this bug get updated soon.

Is it possible to install Older versions of AWCC to see the parameters?

Hi @BennyAlienware previously. Task Manager is used to stop services so that AWCC can be deleted.

Does Dell Pro Support have any recommendations on how to install previous version of AWCC now that there is AWCC Package Manager?

    Dear Crimsom,

In order to install previous version the AWCC then I need to delete it from my system, which I did but when I try to reinstall the old version it stops by saying it unsuccessful for some reasons.

@bvrbieblk when you turned off the core memory integrity, Did it asked about to restart?.

I think you need to restart the computer and then check the AWCC CPU and Memory Clock Parameters.
