I have an Alienware M17 , and was trying to figure out to setup face unlock, which i wasn't able to fix even after numerous attempts after browsing various fixes on the net. It shows: Face and fingerprint recognition are not available on this device I have a camera above the screen and don't understand why I'm not give access to this feature
