Hi all!

I'll start with a little background story:

Last month I bought a gaming laptop on the advice of a friend, everything was fine for 4 weeks, then I got a blue screen and I couldn't log into the system, thank god I was able to reset data and restore the system. For a day everything was fine, then on November 14 (an important date, you’ll understand why later) blue screens and sometimes strange freezes began.The blue screen appeared often when I played Lol (League of legends), Spore, Monster hunter World/Rise, Minecraft, and most surprisingly, when I just launched geforce experience. However, it never appeared in Phasmophobia.I looked at the dump file and it said that the problem was in the driver. I tried reinstalling/installing old and new drivers from the original Nvidia/Dell website, through the command console,I even reinstalled the system a couple of times.But nothing helped. Turning off/on the video card didn't help much either. Until I noticed one very interesting detail, the latest driver update was released on November 14th. And I started looking for the same problem on the Dell forums, and yet something similar had happened a long time ago, but they didn’t find a solution, at least I didn’t find one.

So I ask you to help me with this question, is this error caused by driver bugs just because of the update, or is it the video card itself?
