x14 R1, frequent wireless drops
Hello, brand new x14 R1 straight out of the box and already having issues with the network drivers.
The problem: Every couple of minutes, the WiFi will drop completely, and then reconnect after 1-3 seconds. This is particularly noticeable during online games as the entire screen will freeze while it reconnects me.
I am quite certain it's not a range issue and is more likely an issue with the network drivers.
I am an owner of an older Alienware model, the 17 R4, and had this same exact issue with WiFi dropping. The problem was the Killer network suite and the solution was disabling it. However, this model does not use Killer products.
I am at a loss and would very much appreciate a helping hand with this issue. Thank you.
