Celerra NS20 Disk Capacity Limit

Folks,

We have an Celerra NS20 running DART 5.6.47.11 with a CLARiiON CX3-10 running FLARE 03.26.010.  This combination currently has 4 x DAEs that are nearly fully populated and I need to explore my upgrade options.  I read in the release notes that 90-drive support is possible with FLARE 03.26.016 but does that simply mean adding 2 x DAEs to the existing CX3-10?  I thought the CX3-10 only supported 60-drives/4 x DAEs so do I have to add a second CLARiiON to get up to 90 drives?

    no problem

I know it can be a bit confusing

the CX30-10 as a standalone Clariion only supports 60 drives but the CX3-10F used in the NS20 supports 90 disk

so once you have the required Flare/DART versions installed just add two more DAE's
