I have used the Disk provisioning wizard to create my storage pools and now I need to create my file systems.  I plan on using the san for iscsi storage for my vSphere 4.1 virtual server files.

Currently I have a 2.2TB SAS pool and a 8.2 TB SATA pool.  Should I just create a file system for the SAS and another for the SATA and set it to allocated the full storage capacity of each pool?

Is there documentation out there explaining file systems and any best practices regarding their setup?
