Hard drive installation

Hi,

I have Celerra NX4 Integrated Storage Array.  My boss recently purchase 6 additional drives and asked me to configure these on the SAN.  These drives are different type drives that is currently installed on the system.  He has asked me to configure a RAID 5 plus one hot spare.  My question is this, if I just pop these drives inot the system will the system recongize it or do I have to do anything after that?  Then what do I need to do on the EMC Unisphere application to set these drives up?  I know this is sort of a broad questions but anything that will start me on the right path really appreciated.

    Basically just pop them in and then create raidgroups and LUNs

    Or in Powerlink in the upper right corner select Celerra Tools in the dropbox

    Hi,

    The new drive are different size. The current drives are 600GB and new drives are 2TB. Also, do I need to perform any flare upgrade because of the size of the drives?
