So, I had placed an order Feb. 21st, the order was scheduled for delivery est. Mar. 7.  I had contacted customer care the 24th because on my end it hadn’t entered production and was told it is in production with est. ship date of Mar 2, and that he would expedite the order. It is still showing as about to enter production today, Mar. 3.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
