Since morning I am trying to get someone over phone to help me with this order number 922761164.

I notice the storage on this tablet is not the right size. Im on hold for about 2 hrs. And the Dell chat has 474 people ahead in the queue.  What is going on ? Is dell closed. 

Just because of this reason I don't want to be on Dell. I am planning to initiate a return for this order. Can someone help ?
