I am rasied a complaint with regards to the Laptop and they asked the picture of the laptop. I have shared without checking anything the engineer is saying that it will not cover under warrenty beacuse of hinges issue.
They not checked by seeing photo they are telling based on the assumption we found the found and same will not cover under warranty. If need confirmation pls walkin to any service center. I have purchased this laptop with the premium support eventhought support is not getting it from Dell team
I would like to clearly state that the panel issue occurred on its own. The laptop was not dropped, hit, mishandled, or subjected to any accidental damage from my side. The panel has started coming off/separating by itself during normal use. Therefore, I do not understand why this issue is being classified under the Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) warranty. This is not an accidental damage claim. If a panel is coming off by itself without any external impact or misuse, it should be properly inspected as a potential product/manufacturing or hardware-related issue. I request Dell to reconsider the classification of this case and arrange a proper inspection of the laptop. I also request that the repair be covered under the applicable standard warranty, rather than using my one-time accidental damage entitlement for an issue that was not caused by me.
I have laptop Dell G15 Series and i am unable to use the laptop its generating more heat even if i am not using the system means in the idel state . and the system will get hung at times. I Raised a complaint but the team is not giving a proper solution by doing the test they are telling we are not able to support more than this. How the heating can be observed thru remote. really i am helpless. <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

I am writing to escalate the ongoing case regarding the hinge issue on our Dell device. We have already raised a case and shared the pictures (OIC) showing that there is no visible damage to the device. Despite this, we have been informed that the issue will only be covered under the Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) plan.
This is concerning, as no physical damage is evident, and the problem appears to be a manufacturing or quality-related issue. What’s more frustrating is that we were told the device would be covered under ADP without even verifying whether damage actually exists. This raises questions about the fairness and accuracy of the assessment process. We are open to further inspection and, if genuine damage is found, we are willing to proceed accordingly. However, preemptively classifying the case under ADP without any proper review or opening of the unit is unacceptable. We respectfully request that this case be reviewed again by a senior technician or escalation manager. Our expectation is for this issue to be handled under standard warranty, as there is no clear evidence of accidental damage. Looking forward to a fair resolution.
