Dell sent me an email saying they needed my consent to proceed with the order after a second delay. I never gave consent as I have tried to cancel this order numerous times before now, and I tried to cancel again when I got the email. This cancellation was rejected too, and now I am seeing that the need to consent is gone and they’re going to send the laptop anyways. What happens if I file a chargeback if they send it anyways?
