*I have an order for a Dell monitor. Firstly, there is an email

"*We’ve received your order! You should receive an order confirmation soon"

And then I see this.

"We’ve encountered an issue with your Original payment"

I used Paypal to pay the bill, the money already decreased. Now I can not cancel the order from the page of the order statement. What should I do now?
