Does anyone have any idea who you contact to get support with a Dell TechDirect account? I am not able to get into mine and have filled out the "contact us" form about 5 times now to no avail. Calling the number listed on the Dell EMC site states that the number is no longer valid, and regular Dell technical support has no idea what TechDirect is.
